----Tunisian Cultural Ambassador Program

The "Belt and Road" initiative has brought new development opportunities for education cooperation in countries along the Belt and Road. Tunisia is one of the most important countries along the Belt and Road route, and its education level is among the highest in Africa. Since the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation in 2018, the Tunisian government has also paid more attention to cooperation with China in several fields. With the "Belt and Road", the Tunisian Cultural Ambassador Program is the core theme, carries out cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries, promotes cultural inheritance and innovation, and comprehensively improves the comprehensive quality of Chinese college students in "Global Thinking and Leadership Training".

Since 2018, the China-Tunisia Cultural Ambassador Project has been launched and hosted by the Monastir Municipal Government of Tunisia. It has been successfully held for two times, attracting more than 200 students and teachers from more than 30 domestic institutions. The mayor of Monastir City especially thanks the Chinese student and teacher delegation for its arrival, which gives it the opportunity to show Tunisia's history and culture. In order to continue to increase exchanges and cooperation with China in the field of culture and education, he also authorized the Sino-North Africa Education Innovation Association to organize and undertake on behalf of the Monastir Municipal Government of Tunisia, and sincerely invited more outstanding Chinese students and teacher representatives to participate in the "Belt and Road" China-Tunisia Cultural Ambassador Project in 2023.
