"Chinese+Vocational Skills" Base

To strengthen education and vocational skills exchange and cooperation between universities in China and North African countries，Sino-North Africa Education Innovation Association organized Chinese universities to carry out overseas branch campus construction programme and vocational skills base construction programme  in North African countries.The relevant issues regarding the programme selection work are hereby notified as follows:

Ⅱ.Contents of Project

Preferential selection 20 higher vocational colleges, according to their own professional advantages and training mode, cooperate with north African national colleges and Chinese enterprises, to build China overseas vocational and technical college and "Chinese + vocational skills" base, Chinese institutions relying on the advantage professional to carry out the international talent training plan, teachers overseas teaching, professional research, overseas training, etc.

Relying on China Overseas Vocational and Technical College and "Chinese + Vocational Skills" base, recruit students according to the needs of universities, and promote the in-depth exchanges and cooperation between Chinese vocational colleges and North African national universities in international intercollegiate exchanges, scientific research, discipline construction, skill training, student visits, etc., promote the practice and training base between Chinese vocational colleges and overseas Chinese enterprises, and promote production and education cooperation.

Ⅲ. Requirements

1. It serves the national the" Belt and Road" construction, has clear needs in international exchanges and cooperation in education, and is willing to build overseas vocational and technical colleges.

2. Carry out related majors that the North African national college demand.

3. Have the good environment conditions for the the project.

4. Set up project team for project promotion; select qualified professional teachers to participate in teaching services.

5. Qualified for training international students; actively encourage competent Chinese students to go out to study and employment, and serve the human resources needs of foreign Chinese enterprises.

Ⅳ. Implementation Process

1. The current declaration shall be implemented according to the following procedures:

1) In April 2023, the 2023 Declaration Notice will be issued.

2) From April to May 2023, the participating universities will be determined in 2023, and Sino-North Africa Education Innovation Association will release the participating units, hold the ceremony and award the license of the preparation units.

3) June 2023- -September 2023, Project initiation

4) In August 2023, the 7th Education Plus International Vocational Education Conference and the National Vocational Education High Quality Development Seminar in 2023 will be officially inaugurated for the participating units at the conference.

2. The subsequent declaration shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of this circular.
