Secretary-General Chen Lu of SNAEIA Accompanies OFPPT Director General’s Delegation on Visit to Shanghai Institute of Commerce & Foreign Languages

Xie Min, Vice President of the Shanghai Institute of Commerce & Foreign Languages, welcomed the delegation's visit and introduced the college’s distinctive features and international cooperation initiatives. Tricha gratitude for SNAEIA’s meticulous coordination, thoughtful arrangements, and the school’s warm reception. She also provided an overview of OFPPT's institutional functions, development profile, and cooperative vision.

During the discussions, the two sides engaged in in-depth exchanges on such topics as the mutual recognition and interconnection of vocational education standards, joint teacher training, the joint development and sharing of digital teaching resources, and student exchange and study tour programs. All participants agreed that the vocational education systems of China and Morocco each have their own distinctive features and possess strong complementarity in areas including talent cultivation, program development, and educational resources. The two sides can further expand areas of cooperation, diversify forms of cooperation, and promote more practical cooperation outcomes in vocational education between the two countries.

After the discussions, the delegation visited the school’s International Business and Trade Industry-Education Integration Training Base and Industry On-site Engineer Training Base to gain first-hand insight into the school’s exploration and practice in industry-education integration, practical teaching, and talent cultivation.

The visit was one of the important activities undertaken by SNAEIA to promote exchanges and cooperation in vocational education between China and Morocco. In the future, SNAEIA will continue to leverage its role as a platform and bridge, pool resources from all parties, expand exchange channels, deepen mutual learning and practical cooperation in vocational education between China and Morocco, and build a more efficient cooperation platform.
