Countdown to the International Finals of the 1st Sino-North Africa Vocational Education Digital Innovation Skills Competition 2024


On the afternoon of March 7, 2024, the online cloud briefing for the inaugural International Final of the 1st Sino-North Africa Vocational Education Digital Innovation Skills Competition 2024 was successfully held. The meeting was attended by Mr. Mazouz Abdellatif, Vice Chairman of the Sino-North Africa Education Innovation Association, Ms. Fouzia El Hamidi, Deputy Secretary-General of the association, Mrs. Zhao Yuling, and Mr. He Yong, Executive Dean of the Beijing Education Technology Institute of Enterprise-College-Research.

During the meeting, Mr. He Yong, Executive Dean of the Beijing Education Technology Institute of Enterprise-College-Research, first comprehensively summarized the 2023 China Finals and detailed the significant achievements made by the Chinese region at each stage. Subsequently, Ms. Fouzia El Hamidi of the Sino-North Africa Education Innovation Association provided a detailed explanation of the competition schedule for the inaugural International Final of the 1st Sino-North Africa Vocational Education Digital Innovation Skills Competition 2024. Following this, Mr. Mazouz Abdellatif, Vice Chairman of the Sino-North Africa Education Innovation Association, announced the technical regulations for the three competitions of the international final. Finally, Deputy Secretary-General Zhao Yuling of the Association provided a detailed overview of the next steps in the work arrangements.

The inaugural International Final of the 1st Sino-North Africa Vocational Education Digital Innovation Skills Competition 2024 is scheduled to be held from May 5 to May 12, 2024, at Hassan I University in Morocco. This international competition has received strong support from the Moroccan Ministry of Education and the Tunisian Ministry of Youth and Sports. By then, it is expected that participating institutions from Morocco, Tunisia, and China will send representatives to compete and exchange experiences in three areas: Additive Manufacturing(3D Printing), Virtual Reality, and Cross-border E-commerce.

Furthermore, during the International Final, the organizing committee will arrange a variety of activities to provide more opportunities and conditions for international cooperation and exchange for teachers and students at domestic school.

 

In addition, The Sino-North Africa Education Innovation Association warmly welcomes active participation from domestic institutions in the inaugural International Final of the 1st Sino-North Africa Vocational Education Digital Innovation Skills Competition 2024.
